01 / PROFILE

Outside footprint. Actual height.

Base size alone does not describe a packed load. Supply outside length, width and height, including the base, so the operator can review the actual profile. Unknown weight stays a question; no invented figure.

Footprint from your measurements

Length × width gives a footprint summary, not a price or booked transport space. Different profiles should not be combined into one average figure.

Height after packing

State the unit and measure the outside including the base. Customer figures still require review; they do not prove goods acceptance.

02

Condition to ask about.

Record actual packing and concerns. Wrapped or strapped selections do not confirm stability or safety; ask for operator review before movement.

Customer observations

Separate observed details from assumptions. If condition is unknown, record it as unknown. Do not attempt your own stability test.

Protection & labels

Describe protection and labels already available. The operator must explain requirements for your goods and journey; illustrations are not approved operational documents.

03 / HANDLING

Two locations. Arrangements still to review.

Give actual origin and receiving locations in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah or Sarawak. Explain known access and the parties who may handle the pallet. Do not assume a forklift, labour help, loading space or stacking arrangement is available.

04 / BRIEF

One profile for a clear discussion.

The brief tool organises outside measurements, identical profile count, locations and handling questions. You review the summary before manually sharing it through Cargo WhatsApp; no booking or automatic sending occurs.

Questions before shipment review

Does pallet footprint determine a rate?

No. The brief footprint is the product of your supplied outside measurements. Contents, measurements, known weight, locations and handling needs must be reviewed by the operator for an actual goods/cargo shipment quotation.

Can I assume a forklift or help is available?

Do not assume. Describe known arrangements and ask who handles the pallet at each location. This website confirms no equipment, labour help, stacking arrangement or load acceptance.

How do I request a quotation between the three regions?

Prepare pallet contents, count, outside measurement profile and actual origin and receiving locations. Contact Cargo WhatsApp 601169121039 for goods/cargo review between Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. The operator must review journey scope, rates and timing; a brief is not a booking.
