Separate observations from approval

Record conditions you have actually seen: packing, protruding parts, base condition and changes since preparation. Customer notes help the discussion but do not replace a load safety or suitability review. Do not attempt to test stability by lifting or pushing the load.

Uncertain conditions stay uncertain

If you cannot confirm packing or load condition, choose “not yet known”. Ask the operator which details or photos are needed. Wrapped or strapped selections in the brief only record observations; they do not approve a packing or handling method.

Discuss before movement

Describe concerns and ask for handling-scope review. Do not assume equipment, loading help, stacking arrangements or goods acceptance are available. For shipping between Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak, also give actual origin and receiving locations so the requested journey can be reviewed.

No. The brief footprint is the product of your supplied outside measurements. Contents, measurements, known weight, locations and handling needs must be reviewed by the operator for an actual goods/cargo shipment quotation.

Can I assume a forklift or help is available?

Do not assume. Describe known arrangements and ask who handles the pallet at each location. This website confirms no equipment, labour help, stacking arrangement or load acceptance.

How do I request a quotation between the three regions?
